I don't think it's related to your fix. I also see this failure when I
run derbyall on 10.1 without your patch (JVM 1.5.0, Solaris 10 x86).
Ok - thanks. I ran with JVM 1.4.2, Solaris 10 x86, and with nice
priority, which may affect some tests sometimes.
