With the addition of toursdb to demo/databases, I've moved the demo programs into demo/programs. I only did so because that was the hierarchy in the past. But maybe it would be simpler to move everything (including toursdb) back into the top-level demo folder and not have an extra level of hierarchy for 10.2.
