Attached is alterColumnDefault1.diff. This diff merges the db2AlterColumn() and
columnAlterClause() parsing routines in sqlgrammar.jj. Although this is a more
complicated diff to the parser than the first patch, I think it is preferable
because this way all the column alterations come through ALTER TABLE ALTER
COLUMN, rather than trying to have both ALTER COLUMN and MODIFY COLUMN.
