Add BaseJDBCTestCase.assertSQLState() overload with no message parameter
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: DERBY-1534
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-1534
Project: Derby
Issue Type: Sub-task
Components: Test
Affects Versions: 10.2.0.0
Reporter: Knut Anders Hatlen
Assigned To: Knut Anders Hatlen
Priority: Trivial
assertSQLState() is normally called with a message parameter similar to
"Unexpected SQL state". To make it easier to write tests which use
assertSQLState(), there should be an overload which doesn't take a message
parameter.
