PATCH For COMMIT.

Patch to add the Working With Derby demo programs to the Derby demo 
directories.  Includes updated HTML files describing the directory and files.

Includes modified build.xml files to compile the classfiles when a build is 
done and a modified release/build.xml file to place the files properly into the 
bin Release distribution.

Created the patch on Windows then applied patch and performed build on Linux.  
Produced complete release and verified the files from both  the .tar.gz (Linux) 
and .zip (Windows) versions of the BIN archives (db-derby-10.2.0.5-bin).
