Hello Store experts,

Would appreciate your review of the latest patch attached to DERBY-1341: 
derby-1341-blob-forreview.diff. In particular, this patch creates a new 
class, LobStreamControl, which uses the StorageFactory to create a 
temporary file as intermediate storage for an evolving LOB. Would 
appreciate your advice on whether this usage looks ok to you and whether 
this code might be violating any assumptions.
