If a Derby database is corrupted by dual boot or for some other reason, it is
really necessary to create a new database and transfer the data. Currently
there is not a utility to do this.
It would be good to have a tool which given a corrupted database would attempt
to recover it by creating a new database and transferring the data while
preserving the state of the original corrupted db.
