Summary: Document derbyrun.jar (was: Tools Guide does not document how to
start ij with derbyrun.jar)
The only documentation that mentions derbyrun.jar at all is the new Working
With Derby doc. Changing the summary to reflect the need for general
documentation. Syntax is:
java -jar derbyrun.jar ij [-p propertiesfile] [sql script]
java -jar derbyrun.jar sysinfo [-cp ...] [-cp help]
java -jar derbyrun.jar dblook [args] (or no arguments for usage)
java -jar derbyrun.jar server [args] (or no arguments for usage)
The Getting Started guide and Tools guide should be updated with information on
the jar.
