I copied the guidelines from the 10.1 doc review (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-380 for an example), but that's just a starting point -- we should feel free to change them to meet the current need. Also, I initialized the page for each book as completely free form. Again, feel free to propose something more structured. -jean
