Continuing to try and clean up the submitted patch list. I can act as committer on this one, but would like to get someone else to review the changes. Remember you need not be a committer to review a change.
It would be nice to get this one into the 10.2 branch, as I believe the result could be a corrupt db where we could miss updating a new index if we don't recompile. /mikem
