Andrew McIntyre resolved DERBY-345.
-----------------------------------
Fix Version/s: 10.2.1.0
Resolution: Fixed
Resolved by the addition of the new scripts in bin added as part of DERBY-1032,
which will be a part of the 10.2 release. These scripts allow setting Java
system properties through the DERBY_OPTS environment variable. I believe this
satisfies the request made in this issue.
> Need to add a property to startNetworkServer.* to specify be able to set the
> derby.system.home property
