In the reference manual -
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ref/rrefproceduresinplacecompress.html
the java example for SYSCS_INPLACE_COMPRESS_TABLE gives the incorrect
procedure name - it uses SYSCS_COMPRESS_TABLE instead of
SYSCS_INPLACE_COMPRESS_TABLE.
Change the two examples on this page to use the correct procedure name.
