Add ij.exceptionTrace property to the list of properties available in this
section in tools guide

can be very useful for users when debugging errors.
Function:
Set ij.exceptionTrace=true to print the stack traces for any exception
thatoccurs when executing sql statements via ij.
Example:
java -Dij.exceptionTrace=true org.apache.derby.tools.ij
