Andrew McIntyre commented on DERBY-502:
---------------------------------------

Committed to trunk with revision 438714.

Note that I did not update the Brazilian Portuguese manuals with their correct
titles because I could not get my editor to insert the proper characters into
the build files. Halley, if you see this and you have a moment, please update
the manual.title parameters to the correct values for the pt_BR manuals when
you have the time.

> The browser title for manuals in HTML format is not set to reflect the title
> of the manual itself. All manuals in HTML book format has title "XSL FO
> Document", while the HTML single manuals have title "Web Sample". Since the
> Derby documentation is separated into several manuals, this makes it hard to
> navigate when you have several/all manuals open in your browser.
