Can you submit a patch, that will be the easiest way to see what is
going on.

It looks like the derbylang.runall is messed up.

Just a thought - did you clean up / start in a clean directory when
you ran derbylang? I think if you have run a test in the same dir
previously, the functionTests test harness will look at all *fail.txt
files - or *pass.txt and pick up some items not normally part of the
suite.
