Since everything has been committed to the trunk, 10.3 is correct for the fix 
version. Once merged to the 10.2 branch, adding 10.2 to the fix version is good.
With these jira issues with many patches it can be kind of difficult to figure 
out what got merged and what didn't. The "Subversion Commits" tab shows the svn 
history and helps untangle it.
