After a long time, finally we had a successful wctme5.7_foundation (aka
j9_foundation) run, and with that jvm the test i18n/iepnegativetests_ES.sql
also failed with this diff. I am attaching a master/canon update for the
j9_foundation file, hopefully I don't need a separate jira entry for this...
