I've modified the relevant (in the pdf this was the section between page 56 and
77) files to remove semi-colons, and address the minor issues I had identified
earlier. Patch is DERBY-1821_20060906.*. The jar file contains the built html
files. I got them by successfully doing ant all. I also verified the new htmls
still look ok & have my changes.
