For the record: No, I do not have any comments, apart from saying that the changes look good :)
In my environment I see some weird, out-of-place question marks in the paragraph starting with "The identity column has" in the output I generated, but that is not part of your changes, nor are the question marks to be found in the dita source. I'll double check the online docs later.
