Minor editings in GettingStarted manual (and 1 character in WorkingWithDerby).
I built the html, monohtml, and pdf without failures and reviewed the html &
monohtml. For some reason, I don't seem to get a pdf. Maybe I misunderstood
something in the build process...
I don't intend to any more minor editings. I guess if this can still get
plopped into 10.2 it would be nice, but there were no major things wrong.
