I opened this issue because the documentation needs to be updated but 
since the doc change didnt make it into the release, I requested Rick to 
add the release note for it (Thanks Rick for including it in release 
notes.). 

I still think this information would be good to add to the 
documentation, so is it ok to keep this jira open and mark fixin as 10.3 
?
