That's a good improvement, it would allow for only one header file with the script. As it was, I just sedded out the first ij and added it back in the ij_header file. :-) There are a couple of masters that have lines long enough that they break sed on my machine (e.g. bit2.out), so i'm not confident that they were updated properly. Also there might be .sql files that are included via 'run x.sql' that might cause diffs in some other master, haven't looked to see if that's actually the case.
