The attached exceptiontest.diff converts TestJDBC40Exception to JUnit. Since
one of the test cases gets a lock timeout (intentionally), I lowered
derby.locks.waitTimeout to two seconds in setUp() and reset it in tearDown() to
make the the test run faster (62 sec -> 4 sec).
