Link problems with Subscription: Derby: JIRA issues with patch available

I just noticed that all the links in the "Subscription: Derby: JIRA issues with patch available" emails from JIRA
are broken.  For instance, the link for DERBY-1490 has the following url:

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-1490DERBY-1980

Is this a known problem?
