Question about derbyTesting.jar

Hi
Does derbyTesting.jar will have all the classes under it?  I'm planning 
to contribute some systemtests to the community and these tests will be 
placed under DerbyTesting.  I know these tests will get compiled with 
the ant all option. But when you build the jars , the official nightly 
derbyTestiung.jar will include these test classes also?
