Attaching next version of patch. This patch now includes changes to the
OnlineCompressTest and UpgradeTest.
I have created Upgrade_10_2_10_3, but it is not currently included in the
upgrade.runall, because the 10.2 binaries are not available in the trunk for
upgrade testing.
The patch has grown more than what I had imagined. I would really appreciate
review comments.
