Attached is a patch that :
- adds the LICENSE and NOTICE files to the Ui and Doc source directory
- updated the respective plugin.xml to include the above files while building
the plugin binaries
- updated the Readme.txt in the trunk\plugins\eclipse directory with
information on building the plugins
using Eclipse 3.1
The patch is based on trunk, but since the 'ui' and 'doc' plug-ins are
independent, it can be applied to the branches also. I verified them against
the 10.2 branch and it worked fine.
This fix will avoid the manual step of adding the two files to the Ui and Doc
plugins.
Can one of the committers review and look into committing this fix.
