Thanks for bringing up this topic. I have created a new Derby version in
JIRA, 10.2.3.0. I think we can reassign most of these issues to 10.2.3.0.

Not sure how many of them will make it to the 10.2.2 release. Only 3
of them (DERBY-1651, DERBY-1231, DERBY-338)
show status as In Progress.
In any case, I think it will be useful to review the list and start
moving issues out of 10.2.2.0, if there
is no indication of fixes going in.
