I found Japanese translated manual at
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ja_JP/getstart/ and
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ja_JP/getstart/getstart-single.html already.
However, characters in former is broken and they are not publicated at the
manual page.
