description. I find the term 'plugin' confusing as the SQL standard
does not use it, it uses jar files and routines. Is the description
really something like:

such as aggregates and virtual tables?
The referenced wiki page in the description has a number of individual
items that could be worked upon, each of which should probably have
its own Jira entry. Are you going to create separate entries for those
issues and link them to this DERBY-2206?
