These are very helpful suggestions, Andrew. Thank you. I notice that the
"Starting the Network Server" topic is one of the files you need to fix for
DERBY-1709 (though I think you need to fix only 3 lines for that bug). If I get
to this first I will make the "frameworks" fix as well.
