I can confirm that adding ibmjcefw.jar to the java14compile.classpath with IBM
1.4.2 is required and works.
I'm confused as to why though explicit adding of JCE libraries is required
since I thought from 1.4 onwards they are part of the standard JDK.
Is it something to do with how Derby's javac target is set up?
