Thank you for reviewing and committing the latest patch.
I would like to work on the "WITH DATA" option. I assume I will need to modify
CreateTableConstantAction to load the data obtained via the query expression
after the conglomerate is created. I am not at all familiar with this area of
the code so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
