Maybe you have already seen it yourself by now: "JIRA is currently being

(almost on top of the Jira pages)
I saw this earlier today as well, then it disappeared for a long time.
Guess they are not done upgrading Jira.
If anyone gets any info from #infra or something, let us know :)
