Revision 499618 adds implementation of order status transacitonto oe.direct.
Change also executes some test transaction now that populating the database is
supported (Thanks Sunitha).
I'd appreciate more eyes on the stock level and order status transactions to
see if they correctly implement the tpc-c spec.
