This is great --thanks for doing this, Scott. A couple notes ....
1) I don't think the copyright is needed on the title page.
2) The Tools, Admin, and Reference guides don't output the specific version on
the title page or toc page -- they output "Version 10" instead of "Version
10.2". I really like the "10.2" -- I think that's helpful. (Getting Started,
Working With Derby, and the Developers Guide all output the specific version in
both places.)
