I dont think this test falls under the basic directory (
derbyTesting/perf/basic) as it is for simple tests that test a particular
issue.
As mentioned in an earlier comment by Dan, maybe a better place is to be at
the same level as the OE test..
derbyTesting/system/optimizer ?
