Please find the following patches for adding the build.xml to sttest and
mailjdbc. Also updated the existing build.xml under testing dir to include both
of the tests.
DERBY-2309_diff2.txt - for mailjdbc
DERBY-2309_diff3.txt - for sttest
DERBY-2309_diff4.txt - for testing dir
