There is a similar test called PrepareStatementTest, so closing this issue. 

csPrepStmt.java contains a few test cases that is not covered by the 
PrepareStatementTest.  Would it not be a good idea to move these to 
PrepareStatementTest and then remove the csPrepStmt test.
