I can see the sigs you're missing on people.apache.org. It looks like somehow
'dist' got into the URL twice, so I think its just a matter of fixing the URLs
on the download pages.
I'm having vague memories of MD5 signatures not being considered completely
secure anymore, and so they were no longer being sent to the mirrors (or
archived), I'll look around and see if I can find some documentation on that.
I'm fine with moving 10.2.1.6 to the archive. I would assume 10.2.2.0 would be
getting almost all of the downloads anyway.
