Sorry, I had forgotten that the changes had already been committed. That does
make it difficult and probably there is no point in bothering with trying to
fix it. I am comparing the latest version of the ditamap from 3/16 with the
copy I have from before this bug fix. The new version seems to have Windows
line breaks -- is that possible? I think there is some option that strips these
line breaks, but maybe you only run it when you commit.
