Kim - There were a few of your comments that I did not implement:
On docsfaq.html:
The example in "Cross references: To a Web site" the angled brackets are
correct.
On index.html:
I did not move the intro paragraphs under the 10.1 and 10.0 manuals because
those are "snap shot" comments for people using those versions of the
manuals...and I don't think that users of the docs really care what we author
in :-) If they did, they would be looking at the Dita Source Web page.
On dita.html:
Deleting files. I am not sure what you mean here. IThe text mentions deleting
a file from the ditamap and then delete using svn. If you delete it from your
file system, it isn't there to delete it using svn... Please explain further so
that I will understand.
