Hi Laura,
Not sure what the sharing problem is. The filter says that it has been
shared with derby-developers and your user profile says that
scotsmatrix is in that group.
In any event, there are no open documentation issues assigned to 10.3.
It appears that the 10.3 documentation issues have been resolved and
that the open documentation issues, in general, haven't been assigned to
release vehicles yet.
