Just for reference: the work for DERBY-2487, once completed, may allow the
RuntimeStatisticsParser to retrieve required information by executing queries
against system tables, which seems a tad cleaner than trying to parse the
current query plan string. I don't know exactly how that will work just yet,
but I thought I'd include a pointer to the relevant Jira for tracking
purposes...
