This is a very simple test program that tests that after applying
PreparedCallable_DRDA_Test_diff.diff a empty Clob and a empty Blob are properly
inserted into the database. This would help ensure that the DRDA changes made
as part of PreparedCallable_DRDA_v2.diff are correct.
