Looking at this test I think the getter testing is already covered in
ParameterMappingTest
The metadata is covered by ResultSetMiscTest. The two things that may not
already be covered are testBlobInsert (I'll add this to BlobClob4BlobTest), and
the ResultSetMetadata on casts which I will add to CastingTest.java so we get
coverage for other types as well.
