Attaching a patch for this issue. I found that there was already a
JDBCDataSource.getDataSourceLogical(dbname), so I was able to use the
additionalDatabaseDecorator.
This test has simple order by tests for the default sort order (unicode),
English, Norwegian, and Polish. Only the default is enabled for now.
