changes from previous patch
1. Fixed typos.
2. Simplified ClobStreamControl.getStreamPosition
3. Fixed the bugs Knut pointed in LOBStreamControl.replaceBytes
4. Added one more test to test update able reader over large clob.
Changing the exception to StandurdException in ClobStreamControl and
LOBStreamControl is a good idea but i will prefer to do it as a separate patch
as that going to effect code unrelated to this issue.
