Hi, Myrna. Yes, that's what I'm talking about. There was general
support for the Wiki page as it stands, except I think there were a few
outstanding comments from Kathey and Rick.
See (this is a nabble discussion thread):
http://tinyurl.com/36x6tx
for the pre-vote discussion I had.
Kathey's comments are at:
http://tinyurl.com/2u92ej
and Rick's are at:
http://tinyurl.com/38z357
There may be others, check the thread, but those are the main ones I
remember.
I got pulled on to other things and wasn't able to complete this and
call for a vote.

I'm for 10.3, 11 seems a little severe.
I would also like to see us nail down the interface stability work I
started and get a vote on that. I was thinking two votes:
- One on our policies about interface stabilities - what the various
stability classifications mean in terms of our commitment to the
community and so on
- One on the specific interfaces and their stability classifications for
the 10.3 release. Each release might involve a vote on a new revision
of the interface table if there are modifications to it.

David,
I assume you are referring to the items discussed on the wiki page:
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/ForwardCompatibility
I have not followed that discussion, can you give an indication of
where this work is at? Are there any specific bug numbers related to
it?
Thx,
Myrna
