Are there any objections removing the lib directory from the upgrade
tests expected path for old jars? Currently the tests require a system
property be set. derbyTesting.oldReleasePath expecting releases to be
under that path in ${derbyTesting.oldReleasePath}/M.m.f.p/lib
If we drop the lib we can use the format as it sits at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/db/derby/jars/
<https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/db/derby/jars/>
so we could make an externals link to a standard location.
If noone objects I'll change it Monday.
